Social Justice Yoga Workshop

Join guest facilitator Patty Adams and UNCP faculty Dr. Michele Fazio in a spacious exploration of what we need to stay in the work right now.No experience with yoga required. Bring a notebook and pen. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Some mats will be available for use.
