Fitness & Wellness

Our group fitness classes are designed to encourage you to get moving and help you stay or get healthy while in a group setting.  We offer classes such as Zumba, body sculpting, yoga, etc.  If you are a fitness instructor or interested in becoming an instructor, please email us at

If group fitness is not for you, we also offer wellness coaches throughout the semester.  They lead you through exercises to help you meet your goals.
